From November to March, embark on a culinary journey from Wimereux to France’s legendary wine-producing regions with the food and wine-pairing event A Taste of the Vine. At the bistro L’Aloze, enjoy an elaborate menu which has been created to highlight the flavours of each region, accompanied by original wine pairings. And for a memorable experience, come along to our exclusive evenings at the gourmet restaurant La Liégeoise. Savour a menu of local specialities, designed to further enhance the evening’s incredible wines, and make the most of the chance to meet and talk with the expert and enthusiastic winemakers who make them.

In November, it’s time to visit the wonderful Loire Valley!

From 6 to 25 November, the Loire Valley is the first destination of our food and wine-pairing event A Taste of the VineAt L’Aloze, the hotel’s bistro, sample a unique set menu which epitomises this region: dry-cured pike-perch, fish stew with Chinon wine and a traditional tarte tatin, all accompanied by carefully selected wines. 

And on 16 November, book a table at La Liégeoise for an exclusive evening with Florian Mollet, the commercial director of Domaine Fournier in Sancerre, who will present a range of Norvand Muret’s Loire Valley wines. This a unique opportunity to talk with passionate professionals who will share the secrets, magic and mystery behind each bottle.
