Champagne invites itself to Wimereux for the Saveurs & Cépages event

From November to March, Wimereux becomes the starting point for an oenological odyssey through France's iconic vineyards. Each month, the "Saveurs et Cépages" event invites you to discover a different region and discover its treasures. At the beginning of November, the Loire Valley was invited to the Atlantic. From the end of this month, the stopover will be in Champagne for a wonderful end to the year!

From 27 November to 16 December, at the Bistrot L'Aloze, discover a menu embodying the soul of this region. Savour a Champagne pâté with Bouzy, scallops with champagne sauce, and finish with a tiramisu with traditional pink biscuits from Reims, all accompanied by carefully selected wines.

On Thursday 7 December, the elegant setting of La Liégeoise will come alive for a remarkable evening dedicated to the bubbles of Maison Hugues Huttinot, a jewel of the terroir from Dormans, a village at the heart of the Champagne appellation. Accompanied by a menu specially designed for the occasion, this meeting with a professional is a unique opportunity to discover Champagne through the expertise of this renowned estate.
